1. There are no case packs. You can order any number of individual items to fit in with your customer's needs. If you want one of an item we will deliver one of an item.
2. You will get delivery within 48 hours (subject to product availability).
3. You can order as often as you like, subject to paying a delivery charge for each order.
4. You will receive discounts off THE SOUTH AFRICAN SHOP web site price list. The discount applicable depends upon the quantities ordered.
5. Once we have established an order pattern we will agree a discount level with you and you will get that discount each time you order, irrespective of how much you order.

   £1000 and above	25% discount

7. You will be charged a delivery charge based on the weight of the order. We use independent national carriers and always charge this back to you at cost.
8. Payment is via one of the following methods:

   Deposit directly into our bank account at any branch of Natwest Bank

   Cheque posted to us. In the event that you choose this option, delivery will be delayed by five working days.
